The goal was to provide clear-cut, fact-based news and information that would resonate with consumers, wealth managers, small businesses and investors – and to venture outside the bank’s comfort zone to reach those customers where they are: online and on social media, through storytelling, video and thought leadership.

The Results:

Ragan Consulting Group worked with the comms and marketing teams at BOK to create a brand journalism platform called The Statement. The mission: to deliver clear, straightforward articles, videos and graphics to help clients and prospective customers understand financial news and trends. BOK Financial’s subject matter experts bring understanding and insight to the complexities of personal and commercial banking, investment and wealth management, insurance and other financial topics. The Statement taps into our experts—and their expertise—to explain complex topics, provide timely updates on the state of our economy and analyze important trends. In 2022, The Statement was named the Silver Anvil award winner for content marketing by the Public Relations Society of America.
