Michael Duff

Michael is a co-owner and partner of Ragan Consulting Group.

Prior to joining RCG, Michael spent 30 years in investment banking in London at HSBC, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. He’s the former global managing director of emerging market equities at HSBC, responsible for sales, sales-trading and trading with teams in the U.S. and four continents. He took the business from a ranking tenth to fourth, growing annual revenue from $60 million to $160 million.

In his career, Michael developed extensive experience working with companies in South America, South Africa and the Middle East. From 2009 until 2019, he was also a non-executive director, member of the board, of HSBC Egypt and HSBC Turkey.

He joined RCG in December 2020.
